Hotel One Gulberg, Lahore

The hotel management was too rude i had prepaid to the hotel vut the management were asking to pay again. Totally disappointed

Nothing i wouldn't prefer it again. I felt ashamed to the management

I like the management response and service of hotel looks like a home as I personally recruitment to others for stay at Hotel One Gulberg honestly really appreciate it

Just a normal issue of fridge issue which not countable as there provide me a new one when I complaint

Breakfast was so good and fresh. The location of the hotel must be 10/10. Front office staff was very courteous and professional. Also cleaning staff was very humble and professional.

The suit where I booked, should have a permanent Iron stand with Iron.

Just felt like very madievil and it needs to be modernise , it also seemed like dirty .

It was run down and needs lots of repairs and up dating , laundry was wet and marked .

Rooms were not clean and noisy from the lobby. Prices were higher. Room service is just looking for extra money.

So far, so bad . Will never book again the hotel one .

Very good hotel. The price and quality are just right. The staff is very responsive, ready to help at any moment. The room is clean and comfortable. There is a kettle, water, tea leaves, coffee, powdered milk and sugar. The TV is very comfortable, there is internet.

Where should I start!! I stayed in the same hotel 8 years back for 30 nights!! It was an amazing experience, and this time, I regretted paying even to stay 3 nights! 1st day, the moment I checked in, ordered a mixed tea and went straight to ER with gastroenteritis as the doctor told me the last thing I ate or drank was contaminated, and tea was the last thing!!!Then comes the room for which i was paying 24K + taxes!! Per night!! Absolutely in worst condition literally the cuboard in the room was missing door which they never bothered to re-install. The washroom smelled like an animal farm due to water leaking from everywhere!! And now cherry on top when I told all these issues to the front desk manager (i guess his name was Arsalan), he assured me i will come to your room and will fix everything and then i never saw him again.I have never written this long review, but this stay really bothered me a lot as how they are ripping people off and calling, putting this so-called hotel 3 star when it is hardly 2 star!!

Location is good!

A bit outdated but good value for money

Totally not ready for guest, sent us to a room stunk of smoke smell, bedding and room facilities were left unchanged from previous guests and thats checkin in at 9:30pm. Extremely Poor

Very good service. The staff was very kind and they helped throughout the stay. The Breakfast had a variety of foods. The rooms were spacious and had comfortable beds.

The AC was not working properly in such hot westher so for that reason we checked out in few hours rsther then staying a full day

Bedsheet was very old, overused and dirty. This hotel does not value for price. It is not better than the hotels with 3000 price/night.

AVOID

Absolutely terrible hotel for the price. Service is non existent and there is no way this is more than 2 stars even by Pakistan standard.We had issues with check in, the room was filthy with stained bed sheets, 1 towel for 2 guests in the room, the bathroom was despicable and food was basic. There is nothing positive I can think of except the location which is quite central. There was no customer service or helping your guest. We moved to another hotel and it is amazing for the same price.I would avoid.

Room lights, ventilation and space were not good.

Need more cleaning, as old carpet is smelly, and room lock was not working properly

Disappointing

I arrived at the hotel at half past twelve. They said they were setting up the room right now and asked me to wait. Just wait for ten minutes. And I was given the room key at two o'clock. They said we were doing room makeup. However, the situation was that there was not a single towel in the bathroom. There was no free Wi-Fi in the hotel.
